Prior to that, Ted Alden, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, says the U.S. is a reasonably low-taxed country. Ralph Northam, the lieutenant governor of the state of Virginia, says Trump has released detrimental policies in Washington. Finally, Stephen Kotkin, a professor of history and international affairs at Princeton University, says Russia is at a weak point right now.
