Exercise during pregnancy and how a small change makes a HUGE difference for weightmanagement

The Healthy Post Natal Body Podcast

Send us Fan Mail

This week I talk about exercise during pregnancy and answer 4 questions I get asked a lot ;

What can you do?
What can you not do?
What should you do?
And, what should you NOT do?

I also go into metabolism and weightmanagement/weightloss.

A lot of people keep making the fundamental mistake that they don't understand just how big of a difference a small change in metabolism really makes.
I will show you how for a lot of people an extra 100 calories, burned or consumed, actually means the difference between being obese or being at their target weight.

In the news this week  I talk about period trackers for athletic performance. So Jessica Ennis-Hill has added a period tracker to her app and she thinks you should to. Is she right?
Should you use a period tracker to schedule your training or is there a better, and much simpler, way?
