Spencer Torkelson had a big day at the plate accounting for all three Tigers’ runs batted in while Jackson Jobe went six innings and allowed just two earned runs for his 4th win of the season. Detroit Tigers Bullpen responded after yesterday’s tough outing with 4 scoreless innings, Will Vest earned the save, his 5th of the season. Akil Baddoo put together one of the best defensive innings you will ever see as he climbed the wall in left for one incredible catch, then made a diving catch in left field leading to a double play. Detroit Tigers continue to pace the American League with their 31st win of the year and 4th series win in their last 5 series. Detroit Tigers head to St. Louis for a three-game series against the St. Louis Cardinals beginning on Monday.
