It’s true that Alaska is a wonderland for adventurers and vacationers alike. In fact, if there was ever a place that could be as awe-inspiring as it is mysterious, I have little doubt that Alaska would be at the top of my list.
In many ways, Alaska symbolizes the pinnacle of what Mother Nature has to offer and yet for some, the vastness of the Last Frontier is an unsettling reminder of the bizarre secrets that lie hidden deep within its forests and mountains. Many people have come to believe that its majestic landscape disguises a terrifying truth that some of its residents claim to have experienced firsthand.
While these experiences aren’t typical of standard animal attacks or missing person reports, they do seem to point to a much more vicious yet unknown creature that is believed to abduct and in some cases brutally murder and dismember its prey.
These cases have compounded over the decades, but there’s a particular string of events that are so unique, so well documented and so horrifying that they deserve a place amongst the strangest unexplained incidents to ever occur.
