Lynn Trask
In this episode of Intermittent Fasting Stories, Gin talks to Lynn Trask from Missouri.
Are you looking for intermittent fasting support in a cozy community that celebrates the clean fast? Join us on the Delay, Don’t Deny Social Network! Instead of relying on the big social network most of us have been on for years, we now have a community that is completely separate and just for us, with a variety of groups you can join for the support and community you need.
You can connect directly with Gin in the Ask Gin group, and she’ll answer all of your questions personally. If you’re new to intermittent fasting or recommitting to the IF lifestyle, join the 28-Day FAST Start group, and both Gin and the other group members will walk virtually beside you each day of your FAST Start. After your fast start, join Gin and other community members for support in The 1st Year group. There are many more groups beyond these three, and you can join as many as you like.
Members of the DDD Social Network have access to all episodes of Intermittent Fasting Stories streaming within the DDDSN platform, ad-free! That’s just one reason to join.
Visit dddsocialnetwork.com to join our membership community. An annual membership is $59.95. If you aren’t ready to fully commit for a year, join for $9.99 a month and you can cancel at any time. If you know you’ll want to stay forever, we also have a lifetime membership option available.
IF is free. You don’t need to join our community to fast. But if you’re looking for support from a community of like-minded IFers, we are here for you at dddsocialnetwork.com.
In 2019, Lynn’s step-daughter shared IF with her, along with Delay, Don't Deny. Lynn read it right away.
In April of 2019, she did her very first fast of 20:4. Lynn instantly knew IF was something she could easily maintain as a lifestyle. Her husband began IF soon after she did in an attempt to reverse his Type 2 Diabetes. After a year of IF, he is off all his diabetes meds!
Lynn has gone from 168 to 142 pounds, and from a size 14 to a size 4/6. She loves the energy IF has brought her, and she will live the IF lifestyle for the rest of her life.
Lynn’s advice to new IFers: "Just try it! Commit to it for at least 30 days! Fast clean. Don't be afraid of it. Look into the science. It all makes sense."
