As an appeals court questions whether suspected “Nazis” in America during WWII received more due process than the undocumented people deported in the middle of the night by Trump with a phony use of his “war powers,” the Trump Administration files yet another misleading response with the trial judge arguing erroneously that the judge’s oral injunction that they failed to comply with by continuing to deport people to the killer prisons of El Salvador, was invalid.
