The biggest storyline is Ohio State vs. Texas in Week 1, a historic matchup that features the first battle of two top 3 AP teams facing off in Week 1 since 2002. Another storyline is North Carolina and Bill Belichick. How will they do in his first year? Penn State has the best team they've had in possibly decades, but they manage to lose the big games every year.
