Human beings are social creatures which means understanding how we communicate is one of the most important parts of our lives and that’s why this week I wanted to bring together two extraordinary interviews I’ve had with former Secret Service Agent, Evy Poumpouras, and former FBI Negotiator, Chris Voss.
