Tony Quiroga (@guaupants) is the Deputy Editor of Car and Driver Magazine. As one of the testers for Lightning Lap, he's one of the better drivers in the journalist field. He's also the only journalist to do instrumented testing of the Bugatti Chiron, and the speeds he hit were ridiculous. He tells us all about the g-forces of the Chiron, the thrills of wringing every tenth out at VIR, and how to keep '90s cars alive.
