Yashasvi Jaiswal dominates as England's spinners struggle for control in Hyderabad | India vs England | 1st Test Day 1

A wonderful knock from 22-year-old Yashasvi Jaiswal has put India in a strong position after the opening day of the series in Hyderabad.

Having won the toss and chosen to bat, England were bowled out for 246, with eight wickets shared between India's three spinners.

Ben Stokes batted nicely on his return from surgery for 70, but was one of two wickets to fall to the ever impressive Jasprit Bumrah.

The hosts made good progress in the evening session, with Jaiswal in particular making sure England's spinners struggled for control. They'll resume tomorrow on 119-1, trailing by 127 runs.
