What scares me about some people's thought process in business is just doing anything they can for the dollar or to hit their "monetary goal" that they've set for themselves. I shed some light on why I feel like arbitrary number goals are not what you need to be working towards, what you should be spending your time on and why convincing people is the worst thing you can waste your energy on.
