Archie Goodwin, Wolfe's sharp-witted, dapper young confidential assistant with an eye for attractive women, narrates the cases and does the legwork for the detective genius.
A Slight Case Of Perjury: An attempt is made on the life of Tom Wilcox, just after Wilcox is acquitted of the murder of Keith Hanson.
