Fauci and the Democrat apparatus failed massively- catastrophically- in “shutting down the virus” as senile buffoon Biden promised he would do so many times. Now as a number of states drop their mask mandates- but New York is keeping it for kids in schools, like psychopathic child abusers- the libs want to take a victory lap.
