Herc had a fantastic conversation with Daryl Dike, striker for West Bromwich Albion in the EFL Championship and the first guest of Vamos in 2024. There are few things as great as opening up the mind of an athlete. Daryl shared all about his recent Achilles injury, and how it affects athletes both mentally and physically.
