Riki has been practicing advanced bodyweight movement, yoga, and mixed martial arts (including the ancient Indian martial arts Kalari and Kushti) for over three decades. He currently holds a Guinness world record for the most consecutive L-sit ring muscle ups. More recently Riki has been teaching yoga philosophy as part of a growing mission to ensure the authenticity and sacredness of both yoga and Sanatana Dharma are protected and shared.
