A member of Marshall Goldsmith’s MG 100 Coaches, Todd was nominated in 2021 by Thinkers50 as one of eight global finalists for their Distinguished Achievement Award in Leadership. Todd is a three-time award-winning Adjunct Professor of leadership at NYU, as well as a Lecturer on leadership at Columbia University.
