There is a park in Florida where convicted sex offenders go to congregate and it is no surprise that no one wants to live near there. Jay wonders if actual kidnappings are down because all the predators are online and getting caught by pedophile hunters. | Bobby meets mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa on the subway in NYC. He thinks that Curtis would have a better chance of winning if he got rid of his beret. Jay tries to join the Guardian Angels and buys the uniform for Bobby so he can keep the subways safe.
