He won a championship, as a crew chief, with Dale Earnhardt at the age of 20. Now Doug Richert sits down with Dale Earnhardt Jr and co-host Mike Davis to talk to us about that incredible feat and more. Just how did a 16-year old go from San Jose, California to North Carolina and make the big time so quick?
