The Constitution leaves it to Congress to sort out electoral college votes. It doesn’t leave it to the DOJ, a special counsel, or a grand jury. Not once was a prosecutor involved. The Biden administration has created a legal morass never seen or experienced in American history, as applies to a presidential election.
