In today's episode,  we breakdown yet another client / business owner feud that erupted on TikTok - this time between a hair dresser and her client of a couple years who went from sending restaurant recommendations to recruiting dozens of people to bombard her former hair stylist with 1 star google reviews and then proceeding to escalate things to social media in hopes of being refunded. Spoiler alert: the court will be deciding if that refund is going to be issued. Then we shift to another business owner/client .... feud.... you could say, this time about a gluten free TikToker who was experiencing some major disappointment at the hands of Kraft Mac & Cheese, who then proceeded to show other brands exactly how not to handle this type of situation.
