1. Upgrade to ChatGPT Plus ($20/month).
2. Go to chat.openai.com, click “Explore GPTs” on the left sidebar.
3. Hit “Create” in the top right corner.
4. Fill in the prompts (name, purpose, tone, etc.).
5. Upload your content (transcripts, newsletters, articles—anything).
6. In the instructions, tell it to only use your uploaded content unless told otherwise.
7. Save and mark it “Private” so only you can use it.

That’s it—you now have a version of ChatGPT that knows everything you’ve ever made.
