On today’s episode, Jason does a quick preview of tonight’s Thursday Night Football matchup between the Miami Dolphins and the Jacksonville Jaguars, and explains why if things go the way he thinks they’re going to go, we could see Dolphins rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa under center sooner than later. If the Dolphins are serious about winning, it only makes sense to turn to Tua. As we’ve seen with guys like Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson, the blueprint is simple: Build around your star quarterback while he’s on his rookie contract. Later, Jason throws heavy praise on Miami Heat rookie Tyler Herro after the sharpshooter dropped 37 points to put the Heat up 3-1 in the Eastern Conference Finals, and explain why he wouldn’t include Herro in any trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo this offseason. Plus, former NFL scout and host of the ‘3 & Out’ podcast John Middlekauff swings by to tell us why he thinks Monday night’s game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs is much bigger for the Ravens than it is for the Chiefs, discuss what improvements he’s seen from Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen thus far, explain why he sees little to be optimistic about if you’re a New York Jets fan, and much more!
