The Colorado Avalanche win another one at home against the Montreal Canadiens. A quick goal by Montreal put the Avalanche behind the eight ball almost immediately. The whole game was the Avalanche trying to climb back from the 1-0 deficit until Artturi Lehkonen scored a goal to even things up. The game would then go back to a deadlock for the rest of the regulation. Overtime would be needed to decide the victor.
