While independent groups are now studying and attempting to use psychic abilities to "summon" UFOs, how did rival nations, during the end of World War 2 and through the Cold War, use similar abilities through various military and intelligence agencies? Why did they invest millions of dollars into classified programs to study mental telepathy, precognition, and extrasensory perception? Was it all for intelligence gathering and defense purposes? Or could there have been more otherworldly reasons as well?
