Harvard’s faculty has turned up the heat with a new Injunction lawsuit filed in Massachusetts Federal Court against the Trump Administration and its efforts to cut off $9 billion in federal funding to violate Harvard’s academic freedom and First Amendment rights, as Harvard hires the Trump Organization’s own “ethics counsel”’s firm to defend against the Trump Administration’s attacks. Michael Popok ties it all together including the curious case of the Quinn Emmanuel firm and its flipping sides to go on the attack against Trump in several high-profile cases.
