Facing Your Past Rewires the Brain's Trauma Response
Today’s episode is a little bit different. Recently I had the pleasure of being on Dr. Caroline Leaf’s podcast Cleaning Up The Mental Mess. We’ve had Dr. Leaf on the show a few times this year and I really value her expertise as a Neuroscientist. Make sure to check out my two previous interviews with her if you haven’t yet.
