Douglas Duncan, Fannie Mae's chief economist, expects strong U.S. housing price appreciation to continue. Finally, Jared Bernstein, a senior fellow at the Center on Budget and Policy, says the best thing the Fed can do is let the labor market run hot to create more wage pressure.
