One of Ken’s favorite quotes comes from Tony Robbins, “Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.” Ken not only likes this quote, but unfortunately it has proven to be one of his life’s lessons along the way.
In this episode, Ken shares his journey that took him from the streets of small-town Texas into the pulpit and then to the boardroom. He recently survived a traffic accident that almost took his life, so the pain of change is once again less than the pain of staying the same.
