Michael is a survivor of a drunk driving crash that killed his mother and nearly killed him at 8 weeks old. Michael has used his powerful and inspirational story with just a bit of humor to speak all over the United States.
Although he broke nearly every bone in his body in the crash, he overcame multiple surgeries and became a collegiate swimmer, college educator, entertainer and author. Michael found himself in the depths of major depression and PTSD in 2016. I was beyond inspired to meet such a wonderful man.
