– The Sharkpreneur podcast with Seth Greene Episode 408 Rich Allen
Rich is on a mission. His primary mission and purpose are focused on one single objective – to help business owners engage and activate the power of their team.
It all started with his father’s family-owned business. Rich watched his dad struggle, trying to make his business work, but never achieving the success he deserved or realizing his dreams for his business or his life. His dad worked very hard, but there was something missing – what was it?
Over the past 30+ years, Rich has been a student of business, seeking the missing ingredient his dad could not find. He discovered it several years ago, built a model, tested and perfected it, and has been helping business owners implement the model for the past 10+ years.
Rich has experience in both large and small companies, including growing a small manufacturing business to well over $100M in annual sales.
Today, Rich teaches business owners and leaders how to use this model to energize their team and transform their business into one that is profitable, sustainable, and driven by a highly-motivated team.
He measures success by helping as many business owners as possible avoid the painful, frustrating experience his father endured. In addition to being an inspirational speaker, Rich is an author, strategic facilitator, mentor and advisor and podcast host.
