On the Beat: UNC Tip-Toeing the Bubble
When Thursday night rolls around, the InsideCarolina.com On The Beat Live! crew of host Tommy Ashley, Greg Barnes, Gregory Hall, Kirstyn Clark and Isaiah Lucas gets around the table to discuss the latest in UNC basketball happenings. The Heels are 14-6 overall but squarely on the NCAA bubble and squarely on the minds of the fanbase wondering just what is going on with Hubert Davis’ first team in Chapel Hill. Collectively, the ACC is terrible and the Tar Heels have missed all six of their previous opportunities to get Quad 1 wins for tournament purposes and that leaves an uphill battle for March Madness. The IC crew is joined by special guest and the Postgame show contributor Dewey Burke to look at what must change and how the Heels can get it all together as the ACC schedule toughens up from here on out.
