Today’s guest is Mike Mutzel. Mike earned his B.S. in Biology from Western Washington University in 2006 and completed his Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2015 and is a graduate of the Institute for Functional Medicine. He is a Functional Medicine consultant in the natural product industry and has worked as a nutritionist over the years.
He runs the YouTube channel High Intensity Health where he talks about all aspects of health and shares what he’s learned in the medicine, nutrition and fitness industry over the last decade.
