Chris Prefontaine
On today's show, we speak to Chris Prefontaine of Smart Real Estate Coach. Chris talks to us about his coaching program for real estate investment, and how his program stands apart from others by offering true, hands-on mentorship.
Chris has been in real estate for 25+ years. Experience during that time includes the construction of over 100+ single family homes (1990’s), owner/broker of a Realty Executives Franchise (Massachusetts 1994-2000) which eventually sold to Coldwell Banker in 2000. The 2000’s included coaching people throughout US and Canada and doing condo conversions (multifamily homes to condos) and “raise the roof” projects (converting single family ranches to colonials in growth neighborhoods).
Chris has been a big advocate of constant education and has participated annually in high end mastermind groups and constant boot camps and private mentors in order to stay abreast of the ever-changing real estate market. Chris and his family/team have participated in over 80 million in real estate transactions as a group. The team currently focusses on purchasing homes via Lease/Purchase or Owner financing with sellers and helping buyers gain the time they need for credit enhancement; mortgage qualifying seasoning or down payment build up. The team believes in win/win relationships and strives to structure deals with seller and with buyers that achieves that.
