Robertson signs, Greaves avoids arbitration, and Kane returns to Chicago ft. David Pagnotta

On today’s episode of The Sheet, Jeff Marek is joined by David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period and Daily Faceoff. The Jason Robertson saga is over! The Stars have signed the three-time 40 goal scorer to a one-year deal worth $12 million that will walk up to unrestricted free agency next July.

The Columbus Blue Jackets also made headlines, avoiding arbitration with goaltender Jet Greaves. The 25-year old netminder will be under contract in Columbus for three more years at a $5 million AAV. The final piece of contract news this morning came from Chicago, as Patrick Kane will return to the Blackhawks for his 20th NHL season. The future Hall of Famer spent his first 16 years in the league with Chicago, winning 3 Stanley Cups with the Hawks. He's back in the Windy City for two more seasons after signing as a free agent.
