It is the spring of 1985. Sunny von Bülow has been unconscious for more than four years, while Claus arrives with a new lead attorney and a radically different defense. Thomas Puccio strips away the fortune, the mistress and the spectacle of Clarendon Court, reducing the case to one question: Was Sunny ever injected with insulin?
Megyn Kelly traces the defense’s attack on the prosecution’s case: inconsistent lab results, a needle that may have been staged, a doctor who changes his testimony, disputed interview notes, and a financial motive the jury never hears.
