Meanwhile, on October 1st, 2025, someone quietly filed three brand new LLCs in Delaware with CNN's name on them, twenty days before the company announced it was open to a sale, and nobody has ever reported on them. The original CNN entities just signed onto $17.5 billion in bank debt as collateral. The new ones signed nothing.
