In addition, declassified documents from DNI Tulsi Gabbard reveal the Obama administration politicized intelligence to fabricate a Russian interference narrative in the 2016 election, despite IC reports showing no cyber impact on outcomes, only minor psychological efforts. This laid groundwork for the Trump-Russia probe, involving officials like Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Kerry, Lynch, and McCabe, culminating in a Dec 9 White House meeting and new IC assessment per Obama.
