Iskra is a British model and a champion for #EveryBODYisBeautiful, body diversity and self-care. Iskra was told she was both “too big” for straight-size modeling and “not big enough” for plus-size modeling… but she has forged her own way. Now she is committed to reshaping the image of women in the media.
As a fellow Aerie #AerieREAL Role Model I have joined forces with Iskra to promote unretouched intimates, loungewear and swim campaigns to speak about body positivism. Iskra also serves as a brand ambassador for the National Eating Disorders Association, created the NEDA Inspires Award, and is working to generate awareness and support for individuals and families affected by eating disorders.
Safe to say this woman has made a name for herself in an industry where she was told NO… A lot. In this episode, Iskra will teach us how to carve our own path, find confidence during our darkest days, and continue on OUR path -- even when the world tells us no. Goal Diggers, don’t miss Iskra.
