This week I'm talking to Jenny Toh, she's a life-coach and mother of 3 introverted children. In a lovely, free-flowing conversation we talk about many things including;

The difference between being shy and introverted.
How to communicate with your introverted child in a way that is productive for both sides.
How to help your introverted child flourish in a, seemingly, extroverted world and many other things.

You can find Jenny at https://www.riverlifecoaching.com/
Connect with her on LinkedIn
On the old Facebook
and on the cool Instagram

In the news this week it's HPNB news! We are now solidly on our way to becoming the first post-partum program, as far as I know, that is accessible to people with hearing difficulties. After someone pointed out that there isn't a post-partum program out there that is easily accessible to people with hearing difficulties I decided to get someone to sort that out for us. The first 4 months of the program should now be fully accessible, with all videos having accurate transcriptions, and the rest is being worked on as we speak.

We will also make sure that all new podcasts will have audio transcribed and all that sort of good stuff.
I am looking for people to test to userfriendlyness of our program to people with hearing issues so if you would like to get involved and get FREE lifetime access, just send a little email to peter@healthypostnatalbody.com

Remember to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the competitions, wisdom and cute videos.

Visit healthypostnatalbody.com and get 3 months completely FREE access. No sales, no commitment, no BS.

Email peter@healthypostnatalbody.com if you have any questions or comments

If you could rate the podcast on your favourite platform that would be a big help.
