Neel Kashkari, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President, says the Fed should be cautious about raising interest rates further until they actually see inflationary pressures building. Bill Hoagland, Bipartisan Policy Center Senior Vice President, says the tax bill should be beneficial in the short term.
