Frozen embryo transfers

In this week’s episode, Dr. Natalie Crawford offers an overview of the frozen embryo transfer. She discusses different protocols, why the timing is what it is, and what you should know if you’re preparing to undergo IVF and an embryo transfer. She explains that, no, your embryos won’t get freezer burn, and that you should keep them as long as you possibly can.

And while the headline is lovely, Natalie addresses the subject's use of the word “adoption” in place of donation, and explains how the company used in this case is actually a discriminatory successful financial organization.
