Alex Caragiannides
I’ve been in the mortgage business for 14 years as a loan officer and branch manager and have helped over 2000 families get financing on their home loan. I believe in old school philosophies of doing business and incorporate new school strategies to help my clients reach their goals.
Fun Facts about Alex
I was born and raised on the north side of Chicago and grew up about 15 minutes from Wrigley Field. Yes, I am a diehard Chicago Cub fan and hopefully in my lifetime I will see them finally win a World Series. I am the youngest of two and my sister still lives at home with my folks who are as Greek as they come. I have a beautiful wife here in San Diego that I spend a lot of my free time with. We’ve been together for over 12 years and are grateful for everything that we have. I have three beautiful children – George, Ava, and Alexander – and I’m so blessed to be their father. I love spending time with my family and being active enjoying the San Diego outdoors with them.
I look forward to the opportunity to grab a cup of coffee and discuss a little bit about life with you, as well as dive in deeper to your financial situation to help you secure the best mortgage that is tailored to your financial goals. I believe that the largest financial transaction you will ever make requires a professional, well-designed financial plan. Because after all, it’s not just a house, it’s your home!
In closing, that is why my team and I understand that buying a home doesn’t always take place between business hours of 9am to 5pm that is why I am always available after hours via text message or email to assist you and your Realtor with any questions and concerns on your file. My goal is to take the stress out of buying a home and see that you have an exceptional lending experience with me and my team.
