Trump Smacked Down by Judge Who Haunted Him in the Past

A senior federal judge in NY who knows Trump well from having ruled against him in the E Jean Carroll case, just told the DOJ in ruling against them on the attempted deportation and removal of undocumented to El Salvador, the he does accept their “flexible” approach to a detainee’s Due Process Rights and finds their approach to human suffering, the equivalent of the Inquisition during Medieval times.
