In this week's episode, Meghan talks to John Stenzel about his journey to becoming a mental health professional. John suffered multiple traumas in his life, starting in his youth while in school and continuing on to witnessing first-hand the devasting losses inflicted during warfare.
As a result of these traumas, John spiraled out of control, fueling an addiction to work with drugs before almost losing his life to his unhealthy coping habits.
John talks about what it took to build his second career, leading to him treating sufferers of "The Invisible War," in which more than one million military personnel suffered sexual assault abuse.
