Sacrifice; What are you willing to give up?

The Healthy Post Natal Body Podcast

Send us Fan Mail

After last week's internet problems, we have a triumphant return (If I do say so myself)

Peter talks about setting goals and what the single most important question is that most people forget to ask; What are you willing to give up? Has your PT/ coach/boss told you what you need to do to achieve your goals?

He also touches on a "I am qualified so I am an expert" discussion he had with somebody this week.
Just because somebody has studied something that doesn't mean they're any good at their job. We all know that one useless person in the office, why would you think Drs/personal trainers/ dieticians etc. are any different? And what can you do to make sure you don't end up working with the wrong person?

In the news this week; Another book about health by a doctor, an A&E doctor this time.Peter talks about the problems with books and articles by people such as this. Nothing against the Dr, I'm sure he's amazing, but the book is a waste of money.
