Tips for Losing the Quarantine 10
- Start by asking yourself “What am I doing right?” with health, fitness and overall wellness.
- State your desired goal. Be specific, measurable and have parameters. Remember that the goal should be something you should have power over.
- Discover your motivating factor. Why do you want to change? If that “why” is not a 9 or 10 on an importance factor, then you aren’t motivated enough.
- Create an anchor. An anchor is something that reminds you and connects you to your goal.
- Clear the clutter from your life. You need to find space in your life for something new or a new habit. This can be literal or figurative.
- Write out two or three action steps (maximum) to start. Start with small goals -- the bigger the change, the smaller the steps you need to start out with.
