The Rebbe Reb Tzvi Kaminker's Rebbetzin had the ability to remove the pains of childbirth and ensure a healthy baby and mother just by being present at the birth. When she does a favor for the Pasha of Jerusalem he offers her money for saving his daughter's life, but she asks for something worth much more.
