Small Town Murder

This week, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, a couple blows into town, on the run from the law, in another state. They move in with a cousin & his girlfriend, and things quickly begin to unravel between the pairs. Eventually, the only recourse one of the couples has is to take turns torturing the other two, for much longer than necessary. They even have strange sexual dalliances, among the dead, and dying. Then they do even worse. It's absolutely creepy, and awful. This is followed by going on the run, while making their own meth, and trying to hide out on a farm. This one is all crazy, all the time!

Along the way, we find out that some people should be court ordered not to interact with each other, that chicken is in no way a sensual food, and that meth is, indeed, the Gatorade of murder!!

So, a plot is hatched that includes one of the most brazen, broad daylight kidnapping/murder plots, ever thought up. Was the victim taken away by a police detective? Or a cold blooded murderer? A truly twisted plot, complete with a terrible murder, complete with ice picks & extension cords. A truly bizarre & disturbing murder, that could have easily been avoided!!

Along the way, we find out that the town of Roswell depends on the belief of aliens, to stay afloat, that you should need more than a radio on your belt, for a school to hand over a teenager, and that after you see a stabbing, you shouldn't be surprised by a strangling!!

But when you recruit whoever is around, and willing to commit crimes, might not be the best way to carry out a murder plot. This proves to be true, even the the absolutely vicious murder goes off without a hitch, leaving the victim with half of a head, and a lot of stab wounds. The whole thing falls apart, when one of the killers has a bout of conscience, then the really crazy stuff happens! This is a mess!

Along the way, we find out that Kentucky takes great pride in their hillbilly culture, that a random criminal that you happen to know might not be the best candidate for a murder plot, and that you can't deny your own voice, talking gleefully about murder!!

This week, in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, when a teenage girl goes missing, the search take investigators deep into the backwoods. When she is finally found, she happens to be in the main suspect's backyard. This leads to a tip, that chills everyone to the bone... She wasn't the only one. The killer turns out to have a very distinct signature of wrapping denim around the victim's heads, and a seemingly unending hunger for teenage girls. Just when it seems settled, he escapes jail, and disappears. The last hope of finding him rests on the tv show, "Unsolved Mysteries". Will he be found, or stay free to kill even more.

Along the way, we find out that things work differently in the backwoods, that 26 year old men should never go to high school keg parties, and that you should never trust teenagers to keep your murders a secret!!

Along the way, we find out that you certainly don't want to set foot in the local spring, that you shouldn't court teenagers when you're in your 70s, and that it isn't as easy to kill someone as you might think!!

This week, in Carr, Colorado, the grisly discovery of a young woman's body leads to the uncovering of maybe the strangest clan of murderers that the US has ever seen. A multigenerational family of carnival workers, and short order cooks, who travel the country, robbing people, and eventually committing one of the most horrific string of murders that has ever been seen, before, or since. Young women snatched from all night donut shops, grocery stores, and other very brazen locations. All while the wives & kids, waited in the car. It's an insane tale, that should be known by all, and somehow, isn't!

Along the way, we find out that not all of Colorado is beautiful mountains, that kidnapping a store employee, while that store is open for business might not be the brightest move, and that you can't commit Bundy amounts of murder, and not expect people to notice!!

This week, in Rutland, Vermont, a horribly murdered body is found, on fire, beneath the ski lift of a popular resort, and investigators have very little to work with. This isn't some tourist, either, this a full on small town twisted plot, that is as crazy as it is cruel.
