You know by now that we adore clean beauty brand Kosas, which was founded in 2015 by Sheena Yaitanes, a scientist, artist, entrepreneur, mother, and life-long beauty devotee. Sheena was introduced to cosmetics at a young age by her mother, who worked in the industry. Is beauty sleep real? How long should you really be sleeping? Plus a warning about melatonin. We're answering all of your most-asked sleep questions today on the show with The Sleep Doctor himself. Dr. Michael Breus is a Clinical Psychologist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He specializes in sleep disorders and is one of the only psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction.
