Staff Sgt. He's also Layka's handler, who, if you haven't heard, is one of the most famous dogs to come out of the military in recent memory.

With Julian in tow, MPC Layka's graced the cover of National Geographic, been the subject of an HBO Documentary, and even helped Channing Tatum make a little movie called 'DOG'. Episode 98: Kelsi Sheren is a Canadian Forces Veteran who fought on the front lines in Afghanistan as an artillery gunner. She opens up about her time at war, her struggles with PTSD after returning home and her recovery.

It is now her mission to help others struggling with PTSD through her jewelry company, Brass & Unity. In 2016, she started Brass & Unity to help save her fellow soldiers lives, or at least try to give them a second chance. After serving on the front lines in Afghanistan (Infantry & Artillery) at 18 years old and losing many of her friends during battle, she came home with severe PTSD. After 7 years of anger and pain she decided to use her struggle for good, and try to help others through their struggle.

To accomplish this, B&U donate's 20% of net profits to help rehabilitate soldiers & First Responders.
